Seams is a tool for building ideas.
It is not a place to save inspiration.
It is not a bookmarking tool.
It is not a second brain.
No one needs a second brain. That is an exhausting idea. We all know those tools are all performance. They give the illusion of memory.
Seams lets you build, shape and reduce your ideas.
Totally private
Seams is completely encrypted, end to end. No one can see your stuff without your permission.
Focused
Seams is about celebrating the joy of ideas.
Seams are good.
We should resist the urge to make things seamless.
A good seam makes a good pair of jeans. It makes an engine easy to fix.
Seams make things easier to understand. Most importantly, easier for other people to take and make their own.
Ideas are a bit like seams. Ideas come from things joined together from sparks of imagination that happen to pop at the same time.
